Every day I wake up feeling just a little bit more adjusted to living here. That's a good thing, I guess :) Things are seeming more and more common place. The daily things of life are starting to get done faster than they do when everything is in a strange place. But I'm sure in a month I will look back at today and be like, I thought I was getting adjusted than, HA!
Today was my first Thai lessons. Very scary! She gave me SO many vocab words. I feel a little overwhelmed. I need to make it my goal to learn a little bit at a time, and learn it well. Right now it seems so impossible that I will ever feel very confidant in Thai. But that is my goal, and with the Lord's help I shall do my best.
The flower bed outside our house was looking atrocious, so last week Becky and I decided it was time to take action. We loaded on Becky's bike and headed out in search of some good flowers. At last we had made our selection and were very happy, so we headed home even more loaded down. It was an interesting ride. Bless her heart!

Our Finished Product!
Tonight I'm planning to go to a Bible Study at Collier's House with my Korean friends. I went last week and it was awesome! I'm really looking forward to it.
Teaching at the Centre is starting full time for me this week. I have 2 classes each evening.
My afternoons are kept busy preparing for those classes.
Oh Yes!! And my bike!!!
I praise God for this bike! It was an answer to prayer.
I had told God what I wanted to spend, but I didn't think it would
be possible to find a nice bike for that amount.
Well, God came through to show His name glorious, and gave me this bike
for UNDER the amount I was hoping for!
God's amazing!
And my faith is still SO small.

I know hardly anything about bikes, but for those of you who care to know:
She is a Honda Wave
125 cc
Kick Start
Not an automatic
This was coming back from my first grocery shopping trip on my bike.

Awww my kelly you make me so lonesome for you... the flowers are beautiful... ptl bout the bike... don't you just LOVE God? :) hugs!
Hey girl; so I haven't seen you but once but I have thought of you different times and hoped that things are going well for you. Way to get those flowers planted, they look good! How well I remember those feelings after my first Thai class. However, don't despair. The more you hear the language and get use to rolling new sounds off your tongue the more famaliar it will become and eventually hopefully you will love it! Blessings to you as you prepare and teach your students and speak into their lives. Hope to see you again soon!
